Exact and Macola has announced Nexus 2013 conference in Dallas Texas. Nexus replaces the previous Engage Customer Conference and is guaranteed to be more focused on Macola ES, Progression and Globe.   1. Exact Customer Portal

    A reminder that part of the benefits you receive with our Annual Exact Maintenance Contract is that, you receive access to the Exact Customer Portal. The customer portal provides valuable information related to all the Macola Software products.

    The Knowledge Base allows you to search topics by product line to aid in problem solving, update information or simply topics you may be interested.

    The Training Center provides you with access to free On Demand online training video's based on Macola Product, Module, Category and Role. Your Macola users can search for training based on their role within your company and then the category they are needing assistance with.

    For Each Macola Product there is a Reference Library where you can find information relating to the product you are running. Information can be found on the following topics and much more so check it out.
    • supported platforms and hardware requirements,
    • installation instructions
    • downloads, enhancements and quality fixes for your version,
    • release notices for additional modules such as WMS
