As we come to the holiday season and the new year,

Heading into 2013 we would like to remind our clients that the best way to reach us for support is to send an email to In the email if you could please include the following information:

  • Your Contact / Company Information
  • What Module are you using?
  • What screen are you in? (top left corner it will tell you)
  • Is this a new issue? ongoing issue?
  • Has this happened before?
  • Can you duplicate / recreate the error?

Please include screen shots when possible.

We have a number of support staff to assist you. Your issue will be assigned based on our team members area of expertise, previous experience with your issue and current availability. Once we receive your email we will get it out to the best person to take care of you and resolve your issue. Please use our email address rather than sending your issue directly to one of our team so that we can get you the best help quickly to resolve your issue.



We are also asking if you could provide us with an up to date list of contacts for your company. Can we accept support calls from anyone within your company? Do you have certain people you would like to limit the support calls to?

Reminder that Exact releases 2 main updates per year (spring & fall). The last upgrades for ES & Progression were released in October. Why not include upgrade training in your budgets? Call us for your upgrade assistance.
