Now that the dust has settled from Macola Evolve 2017, we've had a chance to reflect on how quickly the times are a changin'
At the conference, Macola showed off the latest version - 10.5 and we see how quickly it's transforming in terms of look and feel.
Stay tuned! Macola 10.5 will be released this month!
To many, this was a needed change. To others, there will be resistance and a wish to keep legacy screens. The legacy screens will be kept in Macola 10.5 - there is no immediate plan to remove the Macola ES desktop screens we rely on today. We all have time to transition to new web screens.
This is no different than the old green screen transition, however; technology everywhere is evolving at a faster pace.
Why think of Macola any differently than an app on your phone? In fact, that's where it's headed. The new interface is web-based and responsive which means it will look the same on all devices - workstations, laptops, tablets, smart phones.
