We're quite excited about the product developments coming from Exact and we hope you are as well. At Harvest Ventures, we are investing more into Exact by aligning with their new vision for partners as well as investing in more staff and resources to support you - our valued customers!

IN THIS ISSUE:

EXACT MACOLA 10.2 RELEASE FEATURES

Big developments are taking place with each new release of Exact Macola 10. On July 1st version 10.2 was announced with four key functionality additions and over 300 enhancements.

The major additions include:

  1. Order Entry (OE) as a web service
  2. Accounts Payable (AP) as a web service
  3. Ability to launch web services from workflows
  4. Many functions added to the mobile app (for example - entering orders from the field and finding accounts near you)

Some of the other enhancements include the ability to purge IM transaction history to optimize the GBKMUT database as well as integration with Kofax document scanning to scan and import documents directly into Exact Macola.

We are waiting in anticipation to see the latest release of Exact Synergy Enterprise. Exact has re-designed the interface with a streamlined, modern look more representative of the leading edge product that it is!

RECAP: JUNE USER ROUNDUP

We had a great meeting with John Grima from Lynq Limited on June 24th at Multivans.

Thanks again to Multivans for hosting!

John demonstrated Visual Production Planning and Scheduling as well as Workforce Management (Labour Tracking).

There were some great questions asked and good interactive discussions among users who are considering these products for their business and those already using it.

We filled the rest of John's visit with in-depth site visits, demos and staff training.

Tom also took John on an adventurous tour of the region! Here's a photo of John at the Hamilton Warplane Museum!

WELCOME! TO OUR NEW CLIENTS

The Harvest Ventures team is excited to be working with some new clients - a service company in the financial industry and a manufacturer in the transportation industry.

In addition, we have been seeing a significant interest in upgrades to Exact Macola 10 and have been busy with several existing clients getting them upgraded to the latest version.

One thing businesses of any size need to keep in mind is that Macola is no longer just accounting and manufacturing software. It spans your entire organization as one solution.

We've been saying this for a long time and businesses are starting to really embrace it now.
