About Harvest

 

Harvest Ventures Inc. is a group of business and systems professionals that have been associated with Macola in various ways for up to fourteen years.  The principals in Harvest are two former Macola clients that appreciated the value and flexibility of the Progression ERP system.  Harvest was formed in August 1999 by Nola Hofman and Bruce Henderson to respond to the need for a local team representing Macola in the Prairies.  As a Macola Business Partner, Harvest is certified to install ERP systems, Macola Flexibility and the Macola SQL product. Harvest Ventures is based in Calgary, Alberta and has associates throughout the Prairies to ensure support is close at hand.   

The associates in Harvest bring a wide variety of skills to complement Macola’s high quality software solution.  Harvest’s president, Nola Hofman, is a Certified Management Accountant with over 10 years of experience with Macola - as both a user and as a consultant. Bruce Henderson was a senior manager utilizing Macola for decisions in a manufacturing group with sales of $90 million per year.  Nola and Bruce provide solid management consulting to ensure initial decisions taken in the implementation of your Macola system will provide long term benefits to the organization as a whole. In addition, Harvest's consulting base of Kathy Hildebrandt and Mona Warren will help you with the installation and implementation process. Keith Falkenberg and Doug Higgs are Harvests' programmers/developers. Jackie Bogart provides Inside Sales and Marketing Support, Customer Service and Help Desk Assistance.

Harvest’s team of professionals offers a complete solution to clients centered around the Macola software installation and education process.  Additional services from hardware infrastructure decisions and installations, network connectivity and performance issues whether in a single location or over distance using thin client technology, custom report writing, custom enhancement programming, management and accounting consulting as well as classroom training and seminars are all part of the Harvest – Macola solution.
